Daniel was born in Te Aroha and grew up rurally all over the north island. He was often getting in trouble at school because of his strong sense of justice and honesty about what he personally did.

Daniel left school early and was working full time and renting his own place while living independently from age 15. He then attended University as an adult achieving a degree in teaching specializing in ECE.  He now has over 10 years’ experience mainly in the early childhood sector. Daniel is fully registered and has supported numerous students and Teachers. He also Facilitated Incredible Years for teachers which focus on adults seeing the best in children so they see it in themselves.

Daniel was recently working with youth and young adults through Tokotoko solutions still passionate about people seeing the best in themselves and regain their confidence to be all they can be. Daniel is involved with Holy Ground Camp and planning camps for kids plus is networked within multiple churches with the youth.

Daniel is now working at a local Primary school and continuing to do all he can for the children and the community. He is passionate about advocating for those who can not for themselves and wants all children and adults to have equal opportunities as he believes no one life is worth more than another and that we are all gifted in our own way and alive for a reason.
